Founder
The Founder deeply believes in altruism and authenticity by providing opportunities for people to learn, change, and grow. It is through returning direct sales to its origins and forging mutually beneficial business opportunities that one can value and appreciate people, by sharing common goals and successes and caring for one another to achieve a Special Life, Special Legacy.
Dr. Lee is both a Chartered Accountant in Malaysia and a Chartered Management Accountant in England. He holds an MBA, DBA, and PhD. Dr. Lee is convinced that people are the core value in business, ensuring everyone has an equal opportunity to learn, change, and grow. His vision is to advance the industry by realigning its foundational principles of creating and sharing opportunities with the company's mission and vision. Guided by these beliefs, he founded SKG Group and Return Legacy.
Dr. Lee manages Return Legacy by providing strategic advice and guidance, adhering to the company's growth strategies. He believes what distinguishes Return Legacy as an industry leader is its commitment to supporting Legacians at the highest level, fostering their success, which, in turn, drives the company's success.
Legacy Management
A core group of experienced leaders and the driving force behind the company's mission and vision. They relentlessly uphold Return Legacy's beliefs and aim to deliver value and guidance to all Legacians in achieving their goals.
Sam holds a Diploma in Montessori Method Education, a Degree in Finance and Banking from San Francisco State University, and an MBA from Anglia Ruskin University UK. She is also a recipient of The BrandLaureate Prominent Brand Leadership Award in 2019.
Driven by a core fundamental belief of "life influencing life" and with a keen eye for details, Sam is also equipped with corporate management expertise in operational excellence, cost management, and relationship governance. She currently serves as the CEO of Return Legacy, overseeing the Malaysia headquarters and other offices in Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and Taiwan. Additionally, she holds the position of President of the Legacy Care Association Malaysia (LCAM). Sam aspires to continue creating a positive influence and inspiring those around her, to share and edify the true value of direct selling â to love, care, share, and achieve success.
With experience spanning more than 20 years in the industry, Desmond is truly a veteran. His wealth and depth of knowledge are invaluable assets to the Return Legacy group. Coupled with his expertise as a certified HRDF speaker, Desmond is currently spearheading business development and market analysis for Return Legacy in the region, and he is also a key figure in business consultation matters. Desmond works closely to support Return Legacy distributors in recruiting activities and regularly interacts with Legacians to support their growth.
Tony's involvement in the industry has spanned over a decade and a half, making him another key figure in the Return Legacy group. He oversees the development of the company's latest strategy into the back-end system and is also responsible for monitoring Return Legacy's e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless operation at all times. Tony is responsible for evaluating and enhancing new systems to provide a better overall user purchasing experience. He has assembled a team of technology professionals who keep Return Legacy's e-commerce operations and back-end system up to ISO standards.
With over 20 years of experience in the logistics industry, B Lee is responsible for managing international end-to-end operations within a business's supply chain. He works internally with production, marketing, and warehousing teams to optimise the supply chain and align it with the company's growth goals. B Lee provides logistical support to senior management, addressing challenges that the company may face, including issues related to international shipping and trade.
Currently heading up training and development matters in Return Legacy, Albert oversees the RLEA system education and conducts regular training, as well as motivational sessions for Legacians, including lessons on entrepreneur consultation. Albert is a master public speaker certified by HRDF Malaysia, creating entrepreneur courses, and delivering inspirational talk sessions.
Joining forces with Return Legacy, Albert is the Founder of Enlliance Training Management Sdn Bhd. He is a man of many talents and, in addition to his decade-long experience in the industry, he is also the Founder of the Inspiration Counselling Association, ICA Malaysia. His business consultancy work spans across various SMEs, and he is an honorary judge in the 2019 Alibaba Create TM Startup Contest. He is also a recipient of The 15th China Top 100 Best Coach.
CHIEF TRAINING ADVISOR FOR RL INTERNATIONAL MARKET
As the principal of Return Legacy Entrepreneur Academy (RLEA) and a certified HRDF speaker, Alvin is tasked with ensuring all training and consultation matters under the RLEA system education are well taken care of. With experience spanning 20 years in the industry, Alvin is an expert in RLEA system education and upholds the objective of RLEA, ensuring all Return Legacy distributors are able to master the system and replicate it, building a stable network of consumers. He upholds a âpeople-orientedâ approach and has a passion for helping distributors achieve their goals.
Alvin has developed various training courses and topics, such as Legacy Code, a 3 days 2 nights course for distributors to uncover and awaken their hidden potential and abilities. He has also developed Train The Trainer (TTT), a certified program for distributors to master public speaking skills, effective presentations, and techniques.
Philip has over 20 years of experience in international business development. As the Chief Marketing Officer of Return Legacy Taiwan, Philip is primarily responsible for managing the expansion, business strategy, and market analysis of the Taiwan market. He also devises strategies, organises promotions, conducts training sessions, and plans events for direct sellers based in Taiwan to expand the Taiwan team.
Joan Chiu has 15 years of experience in the MLM industry, focusing on internal and external management, internal operations management, and warehouse planning. She builds a strong cooperative relationship with the team, providing support and solutions to the team. She also has extensive experience in helping build bridges of communication between consumers. Through these experiences, she continues to improve and focus on business growth in Taiwan and building positive relationships with the team.
Legacy Science Team
Through the combined efforts of experienced scientists, nutritionists, and health and wellness advisors, the Legacy Brand has been developed, establishing strong brand foundations.
After years of research and development on the stability of negative hydrogen ions, Professor Tsuchiya Masahiko achieved a revolutionary technological breakthrough. As the Director of Unilife Japan Co. Ltd., he collaborated closely with the Legacy Science team based in Malaysia to invent and develop Micro-Mineralised Nutrient Technology (MMNTâ˘). To this day, the collaboration continues in the constant pursuit of developing and discovering new and better products for the benefit of all.
School of Chemical Sciences and Food Technology
Professor Dr. Azizan Ahmad is a seasoned veteran. After graduating from UKM with First Class Honours in BSc in Chemistry in 1996 and obtaining his Masters in Environmental Science from UPM in 1999, he has published over 70 papers in various international journals. Professor Dr. Azizan Ahmad offers his specialised knowledge to assist in the development and growth of Return Legacy's product range, including its cutting-edge products.
Dr. Siew Ee Ling graduated from USM with her first degree in Pure Science Biology, specialising in Microbiology, in 2004. She furthered her educational journey and obtained her Masters and Ph.D. in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, with a focus on Toxicology, from the Faculty of Health Sciences, UKM, in 2016. During her academic career, she managed to publish 7 papers in indexed journals. Dr. Siew specialises in Biomedical Science and Toxicology and serves as one of the consultants on the Legacy Science Advisory Board. She is also involved in industrial research collaboration with Return Legacy, assisting in the development of the products.
Fira obtained her Bachelor of Nutrition Science with Honours from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), where she honed her expertise in understanding the intricate relationship between food and health. She is a Certified Trainer recognized by the Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). As a nutritionist in Return Legacy, she conducts research backed by scientific facts to ensure the efficacy of products and to provide the most comprehensive nutrition information to consumers. Moreover, Fira actively delivers product knowledge and health training sessions to consumers, to promote nutritional well-being.
Chai Ting holds a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Wellness from UCSI University in Malaysia. As a member of the Research and Development team at In Return Legacy, she plays a vital role in product development, research, and training activities. She is proactive in delivering up-to-date product information to consumers, contributing to the company's growth. In addition to her role, Chai Ting is certified as a trainer and health expert by the Malaysian Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF). She offers nutritional and health consultations to consumers, aiding them in adopting healthy eating habits and lifestyles.
