1. How do I check the status of my order?
A: You may log in to then click on Member Login > Financial Management > Sales History > Search your order by date.
2. I have not received my order placed 2 weeks ago, what might be the reason?
A: There is a possibility that your order has not been confirmed due to the decline / pending in payment. If you register your membership via P Wallet, kindly refer to your upline.
3. How long should I be expecting my order to arrive?
A: Once your transaction has been confirmed by our system, your order will be dispatched out on the next business day. It will take approximately 3-7 business days to arrive at your doorstep, depending on your location.
4. How do I view my tracking number (CN)?
A: You may log in to then click on Member Login > Shopping Center > Shopping History > Search your order by date> Select Sent> Click Search. Then, the CN number will be displayed on the Delivery Order.
5. How do I track my delivery status?
With your tracking number, you can track your delivery status based on the below courier services:
